How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Wantedscript Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Wantedscript Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the plumber directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, we would like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please keep in mind that Wantedscript Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Us Your Complaint
Email contact@wantedscript.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The name of the plumbing provider, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
